Good value motel which has been recently refurbished. Good quality A/C and bathroom fittings. I will stay there again. Staff were friendly and efficient. No traffic noise, but conveniently located.

The man who helped check us in was very friendly, and helpful when room keys were not working. Needed anything just had to ask. Room appeared clean, I know they are still working on updates throughout. Could have used a small trash can in bathroom, but otherwise was a great place to stay for the 1 night we needed.

The staff was excellent however it was the small things. First no towels in the room. We had to ask for them. Second the internet was horrible the first night into the next day-so no TV during that time. Pool wasn't in operation and no fridge in the room. And the air conditioning didn't work. The hotel was clean just a little older and very quiet which was a plus. If we ever decide to visit again we would stay there again.

The pool was closed, so that was a bummer. The desk person was kind and helpful. The room had a fitted sheet that didn’t fit the bed, the 3 pillows (it was a king) were very flat and old. The bathroom floor was sticky due to cleaning products not fully cleaned up. Nice TV, desk and free WiFi. Breakfast was okay, I think I was one of two guests so I don’t blame them for not having a lot. I was supposed to get the studio with a king bed/full kitchen and hot tub in the room. I got a regular king room I could have said something but honestly, with the room feeling so dirty I wouldn’t have used the hot tub anyway.

The staff was friendly. The room had yellowish water. The air didn’t work. It was on 60 full bore when we got into the room and it never cooled down. When we opened to window for some relief, the screen was taped and allowed bugs to get in. The carpets hadn’t been vacuumed and had stuff on them. The sheets didn’t have enough elastic so they came off consistently during the night. The TV had no service, so I logged into my personal YouTubeTV account, but the bandwidth didn’t support television. It kept stalling and timing out. There were no wash cloths. The pillows were flat. The pool was broken down. They had milk and juice in a cooler in the lobby but we didn’t have any because the cooler was making funny noises so we weren’t sure how well it worked. They had a waffle machine but it wasn’t plugged in or on. There was no good entrance or exit. We went through a back road and drove behind a building through mud to get to it because of construction. You can’t see the hotel from the road so we missed it a few times. There was a tiny coffee pot but no coffee. A pull out couch but no extra pillows.

It was an OK visit. The pool and hot tub was 'out of order' for me and my 3 young grandchildren. However, the hostess was able to upgrade us to a King Suite with a jacuzzi in the room but was not the same. The room had an initial smell to it when we opened the door and I ended up sleeping on a rollaway bed which wasn't in the best shape. When I went out to get something in my vehicle, there were a couple of adults smoking weed so glad I didn't bring my grandkids with me. Nasty!! Also, when trying to check out, I had to buzz 4 different times to get someone to help me. Breakfast was good.

The check-in staff person Jackie was extremely helpful. The pool was out of service. The toilet in our room ran all the time. In all fairness we didn’t alert the desk, but just kept the bathroom door closed. The breakfast foods available were not very many. Other than the running toilet, the room/ beds we’re comfortable.

You can’t beat the price. Rooms have some nice updates including lighting and big screen tv’s with ample cable and streaming capabilities. If anything the beds could use a blanket. I will be back!

The staff were polite but were totally overwhelmed. The outside and lobby area looked unkempt. There was no bedding or towels in our room and we were told they were a week behind on laundry. We did get linens later that day. The room was filthy. It had a layer of dust everywhere and spider webs in the corner. We were in the handicap room. The 2nd morning we had a mouse in the room. My husband said the breakfast was very poor. I refused to eat anything from their kitchen. We paid $340.26 for 2 nights and expected better. We would have left the first night but we were in the area for a special event and our budget didn't allow us to spend another $300 plus if we could have found something else.

Check in time was 3pm we got there at 2:20 and the guy said give him 20 minutes so we went and got lunch so got back around 3:20pm and the room still wasn't ready we got in finally around 4pm we cranked up the air and left to go fishing and returned around 9:30pm and the room had a gross ceptic sewer smell and was not cool at all so after complaining about the hot room he put us in another room after 10pm. We would like a rebate or money back for hell we went through.

Room was dirty, no pillowcase, towels, and comforter was still damp. Left something there and won’t answer or call us back. The sheets were very dingy. Told us they remodeled all the rooms didn’t not remodel( only thing was had a new refrigerator, microwave and TV They did vacuum after we said the floors were full of crumbs, but didn’t vacuum very good still was full of crumbs.

Pool was closed, reserved a room with a jacuzzi tub but there wasn’t enough hot water to have a bath. Our bed only had a sheet on it when we got there and it was almost 10 pm, and about 5 times of us asking for a comforter, before we were able to use our bed. There was a dog (belonged to the only person who appeared to be running the whole hotel) that was chained outside the door and there was a bunch of poop from it out in the grass making it very stinky. Didn’t appear to be anything ready for breakfast after the time that the continental breakfast started. Room was even still dark. I could clearly hear the tv in the next room and could even hear when people were urinating next door. We would never stay here again. Felt bad for the guy running the place. Seemed like a nice guy but they need way more staff to keep up with the whole place.
