“Unprofessional staff at the reception desk with a very rude attitude and totally unacceptable responses to customers. They make their hotel management issues your problem.
Other than that, the rooms are nice, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast staff is welcoming and friendly.
If they fixed the reception issues, this hotel could easily be a 5-star reference for any tourist.”
