My room was clean and comfortable. The staff was excellent and very responsive to any and all requests and to even just chat with. Plenty of parking with a special spot for a Veteran - Because We Served - to park.

Pleasant surprise after reading poor reviews prior to booking. Room was clean. It was a quiet the 2 nights I was there. Seems that the Inn was recently renovated. Staff was courteous. Inn was 5 to 10 minutes away from restaurants. And nearby Fitchburg.

Hotel was nice, good location. Biggest problem is that they don't tell u they charge u 2x plus. There is a charge for being at the property and over $100 in taxes. Then for the room with another $80 in taxes. Parking is $69/ night. (Of course taxed). They have a nice handicap parking area. Very few carts for # of rooms. We were packing 1 and they took the cart with things on it without even knocking!

Staff was friendly, anxious to help, and readily available. Lots of shops-eateries, gas stations, grocery, and others nearby. The price was outstanding and fulfilled my needs for 4 days and 3 nights. Very quiet and the parking was not visible from the road. Very easy access back to the highway.

Lobby, such as it is, tiny & functional. Front Desk personnel polite and tried to be helpful, barely spoke English, so challenges in communication. Did not see any "amenities". Carpets in hallways & stairway FILTHY and stained. Room itself was clean, basic, adequate for a one night stay. Quiet and dark at night, comfortable bed. All in all, one and done, will not stay here again.

My stay was very pleasant. The room was spotless, the bed comfortable, and surprisingly quiet during the night. I LOVED the coffee which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, there are few choices in Gardner, but this was a good choice at a very reasonable price.
