“This property is one of the best I have ever been, it is superb, every detail is very well taken care of and the staff is very polite and attentive, absolutely loved it. ”

“There is a new trend in hotel design worldwide which this hotel follows and it needs to stop. Not having proper walls and doors in bathrooms within the room. There is no privacy since the walls are now made of cristal so all the bedroom is illuminated by the bathroom, and the doors don't shot so noise and smell flow into the bedroom effortlessly. There is no way of going into the bathroom and not waking up other people in the room. It's a nightmare when traveling with friends and work...

“Loved our stay here. Beautiful view of the ocean with the jagged mountains to the left and Mossel Bay to the right. Thoughtful owners gave a quick and efficient tour of the facilities, and made themselves available to provide breakfast in the morning. Modern facilities, especially bathroom very nice. The location is a 15-min drive away from Mossel bay, but the roads are good and it's convenient to get into the town for dinner. Would be happy to come back here.”

“First: The property is hard to find. Looking for 23 Lang Street per Expedia. But you have to enter 25 Lang Street. Why can’t they provide accurate directions? Very poor start. Second: The room is huge and clean and well-appointed. Oh wait, the architect forgot something. How about a bathroom door ! And bathroom walls that reach the ceiling! This place is for monkeys, not humans. Made for a unique experience that I’ll hope to not repeat. Somebody didn’t think this place through.”

“por tratarse de un hotel Hyatt, status, tarifa, debiera contar con wi fi sin cargo en la habitacion, durante mi estadia tuve que ir al lounge del primer piso para poder tener wi fi la que tuve que preabonar por tiempo a consumir, creo que es un detalle a solucionar.”

“El hotel está muy viejo. La televisión no funcionan los canales. Se ven muy pocos y mal. A la regadera se le sale el agua. Cuando te bañas. En general viejo ”

“Muy bonito el entorno y el hotel en general. Tiene varios restaurantes y un pub. Destacable el restaurante Marilyn al que se accede desde el hotel.. La decoración de la habitaciones, muy comoda por cierto, te lleva a la época colonial. El desayuno muy rico y variado.Lo peor quizás, los horarios de la zona, por la noche cierra todo a las 20 y no te queda otra que irte a la habitación.”
