“Beautiful surroundings, nice exterior ambiance, excellent dinner, and very good breakfast, but lack of interior ambiance (no enough decorations and comfy zones), strange space organization of rooms on the first floor (and with small windows facing the legs of people doing the tours), smell of the kitchen spreading to the rooms in the western wing, and long walk from parking area to the entrance (on earth path, which may be a problem in the case of rains)”

“Beautiful old Soviet style hotel, very clean and well maintained. This used to be a top of line hotel in the 80s. Extremely well aged. One of a kind heritage from the 80s. Breakfast is also the same style as it used to be in the 80s in the old Soviet resorts. Loved this place !”

“Unprofessional staff at the reception desk with a very rude attitude and totally unacceptable responses to customers. They make their hotel management issues your problem. Other than that, the rooms are nice, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast staff is welcoming and friendly. If they fixed the reception issues, this hotel could easily be a 5-star reference for any tourist.”
