Beautiful location and the staff was super helpful. There was no refrigerator in our room but we asked about it at the desk and then they brought us one! Beds were super comfy. Breakfast was good and free parking across the street for customers of the Inn. Would definitely stay there again!

The Inn is so unique and quaint. It has nice rooms, the staff were helpful , parking convenient and breakfast was satisfying. If you are a coffee lover bring your own . And n my opinion, if didn’t match the rest of the experience.

We had a large, bright room on the third floor. It was unique in that it does not look like every other hotel room. Staff is very friendly and willing to help even when we didn't need help. For instance, a staff member was called to help us with our bags. Parking across the street and off the road is good.

I was really disappointed arriving at this hotel. I was so excited about staying at a waterfront hotel and spa, but it looks like a dirty motel from the parking lot. The interior is in massive need of a clean and renovation. Breakfast, which was nice to order off a menu, was maybe a 6/10, of a mediocre diner quality. The rooms are fine and the beds relatively comfortable. The most positive part is that the staff are friendly and the waterfront docks area was really nice.

Concierge was very helpful and upgraded our stay to a separate unit down by the water with a terrific view. I was unable to do the stairs and there are no main floor rooms on the first floor. There is also no elevator. Giving us a beautiful room on the grounds behind the hotel right by the water was a just what we needed. The complimentary breakfast was from the regular menu ,another pleasant surprise. Parking was right outside our room and the hotel is only a short walk to our cruise ship. Great stay and very happy with everthing.

We loved staying at the Gananoque Inn. The staff were wonderful and very kind. The room was clean and well appointed. We had breakfast at the hotel both days, and although tasty, we found the portions were smaller. The breakfasts were complementary with our stay, but if paying was an option it would have been too expensive for what you got.

Overall decent experience but had a few issues. Waterfront was beautiful and staff was helpful to move our room when we were dealing with a loud guest next to us. Upgrades are needed and hopefully more dietary options for people in the future.

Booked through Expedia which promoted that bathrobes were included with a king room so didn’t pack one . Only to find out that is old news and applies only to king suites now. Staff accommodated us for an earlier check in which was great! Breakfast was delicious and serving staff were very friendly and exceptional customer service with the gentleman in the am around 8. I’m sorry but forgot his name 😔 When we were in our room a staff member just walked in without knocking which was concerning . He explained himself but we could have been in a compromising state . Also, despite us setting the air conditioner to 19 degrees … it still stayed relatively warm in the room especially to sleep at night. Location was beautiful tho as right by the waterfront

Good comfortable room with a waterfront view on the third floor. No elevator. Only stairs. Dinner in the pub style restaurant was very poor and no attempt to reconcile the meal. Stayed five days. The premium location on the water in Gananoque. Some rooms are crammed into this property and really do a disservice to the potential of such a location, so a view of the water makes a huge difference in room quality. The main building is antique and idiosyncratic, so this may or may not irritate some people. Room are nice and are clean but not cleaned behind doors. Breakfast is generous and full but the competence of the kitchen staff varies. Off season, staff may play bollywood music loudly through the hotel's outdoor speakers which was irritating. This hotel has docks and this may make it an attractive overnight stay for boaters.
