It was a cute place to stay and right on the water. The views of the lake were amazing. Simple amenities but the breakfast was OK.

the room was rather small, but was in line with a hotel of this historic period. The bathroom was not cleaned properly and there was previous clients hair in shower. The staff were all very helpful and courteous. The location was beautiful as it was right on the St. Lawrence and downtown was walking distance.

The room was clean and updated. There was a subtle smell in the room and hallways that wasn’t pleasant but not overwhelming. Try to get a room with a view if booking. The restaurant had great food for dinner and breakfast. Service was a bit slow but very pleasant. We would go back.

Staff were pleasant and welcoming; helpful in every way. The room was very comfortable and the bed felt so so so so good after a long days drive. The restaurant had a wide variety to offer and generous portions. The waiters were charming and polite and at hand when needed. We partly chose this venue because we were taking the island cruise and it was expedient. We will be back for the fine experience when we come next year.
