생각지도 않은 곳에서의 새로운 경험! 나고야 중부 공항 출발이 촉박해 나고야 시내보단 공항 근처 숙박이 좋겠다는 생각에 별 조사없이 예약했는데 로컬 고객들이 주로 오는 너무도 훌륭한 온천 리조트 였습니다. 온천물이 게로에 비해선 최고라고는 말하기 어려웠지만 나름 훌륭하였고 바다뷰가 진짜 근사한 주니어 스위트 크기의 룸은 아주 만족! 드립커피 서비스와 주변 어촌 마을에 있는 해산물 요리는 또다른 경험! 저희 커플은 진짜 만족 스러웠습니다

到着が遅くなる連絡をさせていただいた際も丁寧にご案内・確認のお電話もいただき、安心できました。お部屋も子どもにご配慮いただき広いお部屋にアップグレードいただきとても快適に過ごせました。 歴史ある建物でも綺麗に改装されており、趣もあってとても素敵でした。3箇所に分かれているお風呂について少し分かりにくかったので、洗い場の数やサウナ有無の地図があるとよいかと思いました。

リフレッシュできました。良いホテルですね。

気持ちの良いスタッフの皆さんの対応。朝食のビュッフェも一品一品丁寧に準備いただいていておいしかったです。友人はベジタリアンだったのですがいろんなお料理を食べられて喜んでました。焼き魚は一口タイプでよかったのですがもうひと工夫必要かなと感じました。ただ、朝食会場にスタッフが常に清潔感を保つために気を配りながら一方で目立たないように動かれていたところは好感を持てました。お風呂・サウナもよかったです。

もう2度と泊まらない。

正直もう2度と泊まらないです。 チェックイン時「日中お出かけで、お部屋あまり使わないようであれば室内の掃除はせずに新しいタオルをドアにかけるだけで良いですか？」と聞かれました。 確かに日中部屋を使う時間は短いかもしれませんが、明らかに自分たちの手間を削減したいだけで、それが伝わるので、不快な印象を受けました。 朝食も7時から9時の間で、あらかじめ何時に朝食を食べるか教えて欲しいと言われましたが、ただのビュッフェ形式の朝食でそこまで宿側に時間を指定されるのは納得がいきませんでした。 お風呂は綺麗でしたが、タイミング悪くおそらく中国人団体客が宿泊していて、大声で騒ぐ、脱衣所にスリッパを履いて上がる。サンダルのままお風呂場に入り、そのままサンダルで脱衣所を歩き回るなど、落ち着いて利用できる環境ではありませんでした。 最終日はチェックアウトが10時だったのですが、 9時すぎに部屋のチャイムが押されて、ドアを開けると、おじさんがヘラヘラしながら掃除なのかなんなのか目的も告げず「少し早く来てしまいごめんなさいね」と言って去って行きました。 恐らく運よく部屋が空いてたら早めに掃除を済ませたかったんだと思います。 その後また9時半すぎにチャイムが鳴り、ドアを開けると別のおじさんが来ていて「布団を敷きに来ました」と言われました。 先にきたおじさんたちが部屋の掃除をして、このおじさんが布団を敷いて次のお客さんの準備をする予定だったんでしょう。 連携取れてなくて最悪だし、チェックアウトする前なのに確認もせず平気でチャイム鳴らしてくるのも非常に不愉快でした。 ちなみに部屋のエアコンは温度調節ができません。 温度設定の表示はありますが意味はありません。 フロントで確認したら全館一括管理になっているので、部屋で温度調整はできないとのことでした。 暖房をつけるとほぼMAX運転で、半袖でも過ごせるぐらい暑くなってしまうので、寝る時は暑くて寝られないですし、かといってエアコンを消すと真冬なので寒いし、決して快適と言える環境ではありませんでした。 その辺のビジネスホテルよりはしっかり良い値段を取る割に、サービスは適当だし、いい加減なスタッフはいるしで、かなり残念でした。 普段は宿泊後のレビューはわざわざしませんが、今回は本当に不快になったので、他の人への注意喚起の意味も込めてレビューを書いています。 宿側も改善して頂けたら今後他のお客さんに対して不快な思いをさせないでいただけると思いますので、改善対応して頂けたら幸甚です。
