Unbelievable location. Great apartment. Staff is extremely responsive. Trouble with the washer/dryer, but it was resolved. Could have used a few more towels and TP, but the staff took care of it quickly. Cannot stress the location enough. Highly recomend a stay there.

All round great accommodation. Room was clean, the staff were responsive and it had everything we needed. Check-in was at another venue which was well communicated however parking was really difficult. Once checked-in we had a carpark allocated which was very easy.

We enjoyed our stay at City Point Apartment overall. The location was excellent—within walking distance of all the main attractions, restaurants, and shops we wanted to visit. The apartment had a beautiful view, was spacious, and the living area was clean and comfortable. The bed was also very comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep. Traveling with a toddler, we especially appreciated having access to both a kitchen and laundry facilities. These amenities made our stay much more convenient and helped us feel at home. There were a few drawbacks that prevented this from being a 5-star stay. The bathroom and getting-ready area had an unusual layout and lacked adequate space for toiletries and personal items. We also discovered a hardened booger smeared on the bedding when we got into bed on our first night, which was disappointing and raised concerns about the housekeeping standards. Parking was another challenge. It was somewhat difficult to locate initially, and the process required checking in at the hotel first and then moving the car to a nearby lot to access the apartment. Despite these issues, the apartment’s fantastic location, spacious layout, great view, and family-friendly amenities made for an enjoyable stay. We would consider staying here again, particularly for the convenience of being so close to everything.
