The property was located in the center of town. Only 1 block from Main street and two blocks from the water. Lots of shops and restaurants.The roof top bar was great,even at 103 degrees it was shady with a great breeze really enjoyed the view.

1. The room was nice and cold after being in hot temps over 100°. However i turned temp up because it was too cold but room remained too chilly. Bring warm PJs especially if your older. 2. The remote for the TV seemed way to complicated and I ended up watching U tube on my phone. Like normally when you hit guide it scrolls through everything. Otherwise nice 1 night stay.

Our family was taking a cruise out of Galveston and this property is literally two blocks away from the cruise terminal so it was great to spend the previous night in old town Galveston very nice and then the next morning we just walked to our terminal for the cruise line, everyone was very helpful. Very nice. The rooms were great. The breakfast was incredible. Highly recommend recommended.

Beautiful lobby and excellent first floor cafe, plus an amazing room and really, the staff was so nice and happy. You can tell the staff enjoy being there. We stayed in the Quarters. Huge room and kitchen, just a great stay. The cafe has a quick latte and Eggs Benedict with homemade salsa. Really just lovely.

This is a beautiful hotel especially if you are going on a cruise. You can park your car while you leave on your cruise and they have food and everything you think you may need before you leave. I booked on Expedia due to the rudeness of the staff when I was trying to book with them directly. The front desk lied and said they were booked for the days I needed and didn’t have parking available . When I showed up they stated they had plenty of rooms available and parking. They didn’t do a thing to acknowledge whatever staff I spoke to. They did take the call time and said that helps them narrow down whomever I spoke to. The staff I encountered in person was nothing like whomever I spoke to on the phone.

We were celebrating a birthday in Galveston and chose this hotel. The Tremont was very clean, the room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. This location is close to the Strand and plenty of shopping and restaurants. We visited the rooftop bar. It has some nice views, but the service was very slow, so we did not stay long. We did enjoy the breakfast at Blum & Co. and the gym! We would definitely visit and stay again.

Really an awesome location but the absolute highlight is the incredible staff. Just made everything an absolute pleasure and you’re just a short couple blocks to the very lively Strand which was a lot of fun. This was our first trip to Galveston and I wouldn’t consider anywhere else.
