“Really nice grounds and private lodges. Hot tub was lovely. The lodge could have been cleaner - the blinds were dirty, there was dust on the light shades and dirt around the edges of the rooms. The boiler worked but it didn’t seem to warm up the main living area. We ended up putting the oven on and leaving the door open. The oven was electric (not fan) and the element was at the top so it burnt food before cooking it. Rich, the out of hours member of staff was extremely helpful and went out of...

“Great place close to popular tourist locations in North Wales”

“Host cancelled at 11 oclock on the day we were due to arrive due to an apparent electrical fault. Spoke initially and offered an alternative date which was no use as needed somewhere to stay that night for a reason.tuen didn't hear anything”

“Beautiful hut with a lovely garden right alongside old canal path. Spotlessly clean, comfortable bed & everything we needed for our two night stay. Hosts Andy & Roz were helpful & gave lots of info about the area & history. Will definitely be returning. Walking distance right along the river in Newtown.”

“Booked what we thought was one of the onsite cabins. Received no check in instructions, ended up having to call to be advised that we were in a tent ☹️ Arrived in site, no kitchen facilities as stated, no instructions for WiFi, hot tub etc. Did try and contact via both text and email for instructions but am still waiting for my reply!! Hot tub had insects in it. Decided to book alternative accommodation. Cabins did look really good though! Make sure you are clear about what accommodation you...
