We have stayed here several times and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The hotel has an old fashioned charm, unlike the large chain hotels. The location is very convenient to downtown Gainesville and I-985 to Atlanta. When our grandchildren are with us, they love the pool.

The place is older but it was really clean and well maintained. We had a good experience there. It was a good value for the price. I do recommend. It is not fancy or updated but clean and safe. The door lock could feel more secure, which was the only I noticed that wasn’t wonderful.

It was clean..... Pros..... cost.. location... pool.. ice... Cons... hair dryer caught fire, someone had smoked in the room (they did come spray with deoderizer since they where booked and couldnt swap rooms) Breakfast was behind the counter and had to tell staff what you wanted....
