We stayed 1 night and got a great deal. We went to the Florida Gators game and it was a huge rivalry game so we anticipated the crowds and high prices for rooms but our rate was reasonable and worked well for the night.

I booked this last minute and was a little concerned with all the negative reviews. I expected the worst and was pleasantly surprised. Its not the Ritz but its what youd expect from the price. It was clean, the air conditioner was awesome and the bed was comfy. Sure , its run down and could use some maintenance but for a quick stay it was on par with a motel 6 or something similar. The staff could use a little customer service training as they seemed bothered at check in and check out, but again, what do you expect? Overall, the place was fine.

Bathroom was very dirty, lots of hair and dirt in shower pan. Police were present for most of this night. The room was booked for 5 but only had 2 towels and 4 pillows. We checked in very late and they were able to accommodate a 2am checkin which is why I rated the service high. But we were unable to get an extra pillow. My husband slept with towels rolled up as a pillow.

Property used for long stays of low income familys, and area construction workers. Although close to Hwy 75 and a few decent restaurants. A stray, frendly cat walked into our room and made its self at home under the bed. Delaying our departure. Making sure it was out of the room before we left. The shower was COLD water only. A leak around the toilet and still very dated, after obvious attempts to update with New paint.

Our room was dirty, we found a used toothbrush on the ac/heat vent. There was also urine in the toliet. The ac/heat vent did not work, we weren’t able to change the temperature at all. The parking lot felt unsafe, as it was poorly lit. There were no amenities, for example, not even wifi. The safe was polite.

I’m not usually one to write reviews, but this stay warrants one. The man who greeted me at the check-in window was friendly, so no complaints there. Unfortunately, the room itself was absolutely shocking. When I booked, I understood this was a motel and kept my expectations low, but the condition of the room was unacceptable and looked NOTHING like the photos on the listing. The floor was cracking by the door and several tiles were missing, leaving a large gap that could easily be tripped on. The rubber baseboards around the room were peeling off, and there were numerous stains on the walls that appeared to be bodily fluids. None of the lamps in the room worked. The bathroom and shower looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months, so dirty. The towels were a dingy yellow color, and the bed linens looked like they hadn’t been changed. There were pubic hairs and blood or other bodily fluid stains on the sheets, cigarette burns on the top cover. It was bad enough that we went to Walmart to buy our own sheets and cheap blankets that could be thrown away just so we could sleep on top of the bed. The only reason we stayed was because there was a special event in town and this was the only place with rooms available. I paid over $150 for this absolutely disgusting room. When checking out, I attempted to speak with someone about the condition of the room, but no one came to the window when I rang the bell, so I wasn’t able to talk to anyone before leaving. Avoid this place.

Can't even start. Even if this is the last room available in Gainsville, run away. Better stay in your car if you are caught in the UF games day.

As soon as you walk in the room it smells horrible. I went to plug up my charger there was an empty drink bottle behind the nightstand. There was food stickers on the wall with the some brown stain. The bed was wet and when I pulled back the covers there was a bright yellow puddle. Definitely did not stay and the receptionist refused to give me a refund. I know being a cheap hotel. The expectation is less, but this was completely unacceptable.
