Absolutely stunning and perfect in every way. We couldn’t have been happier with our 5 night stay here. Every member of staff goes above and beyond to make your stay perfect and the breakfast was amazing too. Such a beautiful looking hotel and in a great location with lots of restaurants nearby too. Only 15 minute walk to central Funchal. If we come back to Madeira we would book here again 100%.

Best hotel pool I’ve ever seen (and I travel a lot)! Bring your suit. Great hotel, location, staff, and just general vibe. Gym is spacious too. Sky bar also has a pool.

Beautiful property with an excellent layout. Staff and service were impeccable. We enjoyed several restaurants including Pau de Lume and Nikkei on premises. We also enjoyed massages and use of the immense Laurea Spa. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff were very attentive and helpful. The rooms are beautifully furnished and very clean. The beds are very comfortable too! Guest relations delivered a lovely gift for our 40th wedding anniversary as a surprise, very nice indeed and a lovely personal touch.
