Place was great! Clean, spacious and the location was great. The only feedback would be more accessible outlets, there were two and were behind the couch and the ac was at highest and was still warm.

The room accurately matches its online description and is conveniently located an 8-minute walk from Hakata Station, with nearby convenience stores and a supermarket. It is well-suited for families, clean, and well-equipped. However, our experience was marred by poor Wi-Fi on the first day and unsatisfactory communication with the host. Additionally, the air conditioning in the loft was inadequate.

The hotel is within walking distance from Hakata Station, with several 7-Eleven and Family Mart stores nearby. There was no noise from neighboring rooms, though we could hear footsteps from the floor above, and some noise from a nearby construction site early in the morning. Overall, not a bad place to stay, though the room is quite small. The property is unmanned, so check-in and check-out are self-service.

チェックイン方法が分からず少し手間取ってしまいましたが、家族5人で夏休み期間に他の宿泊施設よりも安く宿泊ができて良かったです。 ロフトだったので上がり下がりは少し大変でしたが、子どもたちは普段出来ない体験に喜んでいました！格安航空を使っての旅行だったので荷物の量を最低限にし水着も持って行ったので、洗濯機・浴室乾燥機付きはありがたかったです。近くにコインパーキングがあり、そこにレンタカーを停めることができましたが、朝には満車になっていました。駅からも徒歩10分程で近く、食事や足りない物があっても近場で済ませることができました。

객실이 전반적으로 깨끗한데 토퍼는 조금 더럽구요, 뜨거운 물 사용 10분 이상하면 안된다고 해서 그 점이 조금 아쉬웠어요. 근데 숙소 위치가 어딜 가든 10분 정도 걸리는 위치라서 딱 좋았어요. 공간도 넓고, 좋았습니다 체크인은 A로 가서 타블릿으로 호스트분이랑 소통해야하는데 A로 가야하는지를 몰라서 좀 헤맸어요.

今回は隣の方が部屋を間違えらて、夜中の3時前に叩き起こされ1時間程眠れませんでした でも、スタッフさんの早急なご対応で何とかまた眠りにつくことが出来ました お客様のあるあるですが、最近はスマホがあるので同滞在者と連絡を取ればこのような事が起きなかったはず！ 明日は我が身と実感した旅行でした(笑)

前に泊まったかたの飲みかけペットボトルが冷蔵庫にありました。 それ以外は綺麗でよかったです。 ただ駐車場がないので、レンタカー借りる方は近くの住吉パーキングにとめると良いと思います。

주변에 다양한 편의점이 있고, 24시간 운영하는 마트도 있어 편리했습니다. 길건너 바로 스미요시 신사도 있어 아침에 산책하기도 좋았습니다. 숙소도 4인이 생활하기에 부족하지 않을 정도로 충분한 공간이 있었고, 잠을 자는 공간도 넉넉해서 좋았습니다. 단지 몇몇 공간에 청소가 안되어 먼지가 많이 있었고, 2층 침대는 소리가 났으며, 에어컨은 소리가 상당히 심했습니다. 수리가 필요할 것 같습니다.
