번화가와 떨어져 있어서 걱정했는데 오히려 좋았습니다. 조용하고 주변에 맛집이 많으며 편의점 2분거리, 써니마트 10분 거리여서 부족함이 전혀 없었어요. 써니마트는 고후쿠마치역과 연결되어 있었습니다. 버스역도 가까워서 대중교통 이용이 좋습니다. 세븐일레븐도 10분정도 거리라 atm이용 역시 좋았습니다. 번화가에 가면 사람이 많아 식당 줄 서야 하는데 이 근처 식당들은 그렇지 않아 좋습니다. 관광객이 적은 동네라 그런 지 카드가 되지 않는 식당들도 좀 있었어요. 렌트 하실 분 들은 주변에 코인주차장이 아주 많으니 자리 걱정하실 필요가 없습니다. 부모님 모시고 묶었는데 숙소가 깨끗하고 넓어서 좋았습니다. 사실 6인이상이 한방에 지낼려면 화장실이 하나인걸 감안해야 하는데 화장실 두개 샤워실 두개 인 게 아주 편리했습니다. 캡슐커피도 꼭 드셔보세요. 맛있었어요. 그런데 숙소에 지내는 동안 질문이 있어서 메세지를 보냈는데 체크아웃까지 확인을 안하시더라구요. 아주 급박한거면 어떻게든 연락할텐데.... 아니여서 넘겼지만 어떻게 직원분들과 연락을 해야하는지 안내가 좀 있었으면 좋겠습니다.

걸어다니기도 좋고 으슥한 골목길이 아니고 환한길이라 밤에다니기에도 좋더라구요. 하카타역이나 텐진역근처가 아니라 조용해서 좋아요. 가격도 가성비 짱이고 수건이나 옷은 세탁해서 쓸수있어서 좋았네요. 다음 후쿠오카여행에도 여기갈꺼같아요.

房間對於三個人來說是足夠大，但清潔方面有點不足，咖啡壼封塵以致不敢使用，浴室和洗手間都十分寛敞。 入房手續雖然簡單但其中的規則條款冗長，假如要每條細讀可能要20分鐘以上，因為剛到埗太累了，只好在同意欄內勾上，建意旅店先把條款在電郵內提前交給客人。 停留最後的一晚回到房間時發覺房門不能打開，在入口處用視訊與他們多次溝通和測試，最後對方派來維修人員修理才能復原，我們足足等了一個多小時才可進房，另一方面也擔心明早是否可以打開門離開去機場，這一夜真是擔心得無法安睡。

넓고 샤워실 화장실 2개씩에 캐리어 줄세워놔둬도 넓은공간 조용하고 주변버스정류장있어서 자주타고다니고 편리했으나 베드말고 요를2개더깔았어야했는데 7명으로예약했으면 세팅이되어있지않아 직접요깔고커버씌우고 힘들었네요 요에 커버를 씌우다보니 핏자국이있어 청결점수를저렇게줬네요.. 하지만 여기저기다니기좋고 현지인들가는 맛집들이 주변에많아요
