My family of 3 really enjoyed our 1 night stay here. Convenient location, nice size rooms and wonderful onsen. Being able to use the onsen after a busy day of travel was the best part. We would definitely stay here or any of the Dormy Inn hotels when we are back in Japan.

The best location for foreigners, nearby the Beppu Station. The personal hot spring bath was also fantastic too! Its a great place to relax and take a trip. The food was delicious, fresh and verity.

It has everything you wanted

The staff are very helpful. The 9:30pm ramen, the morning probiotic drink and the ice lollypop make our stay so much more fun. The onsen is good of course. The room is very tidy and clean.

We chose this property because it had an onsen. They also offered so many other amenities....free ramen and ice cream at night. Yogurt drink in the morning and they always made sure you had 2 bottles of water daily. Staff very friendly and helpful. Added bonus....entrance to Family Mart right from the lobby!!!!

Didn't stay long enough to experience the area. Just there for a day before heading to Oita the next morning. But did go to the osen. And enjoyed the free toiletries, yakult, ice cream and noodle for supper. But all is good as it gets. I do enjoyed all the Dormy Inn that I have stayed. You will never go wrong with them.

The onsen with free icebar for sweet treat was nice.The free drinks and massage chair every floor has surprised me. However, the parking lot is quite limited, we could not park our 7 seats car at the hotel. There were nearby parking lots for choice.

We booked this hotel as we love the hot spring and ramen provided. However, the hotel is a bit old and the room seems not very clean. We got 2 adults and a 12-year old girl. We booked the club level room which is a bit bigger. I ended up sleeping with my daughter in one bed, which is bit cramp and the hotel cannot add one more bed. Hot spring is ok but not very big. Sometimes run out of locker and we need to wait. Maybe the crowd is due to the new year holiday peak.
