“My husband and I are both vegetarians, and the chef was able to make delicious vegetarian meals for us. The dinner we had was one of the best of our time in Japan. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The room and private onsen were relaxing, and we enjoyed the beautiful scenery. The staff went above and beyond by providing us a ride to the Open Air Museum and then to the train station. We had an incredible time and would very highly recommend staying here!!”

“家族3人で利用しました。1階ロビーや中庭、部屋もとてもきれいで過ごしやすかったです。お風呂も広く特に露天風呂のロケーションが良かった。夜は歩いてすぐの居酒屋を紹介していただきましたしコンビニも徒歩5分くらいだと思います。朝食はお味噌汁代わりのほうとう鍋がついていて嬉しかった。1泊朝食付きのプランでしたがとてもコスパ良くここで良かったと思いました。”

“Check in was a little sketchy, I struggled to find the right door at first and keypad. And when I got into my room, I didn't realize the door would lock behind me when I left. I closed the door to go to the bathroom downstairs and luckily I had my phone on me with my code, but if I had locked my phone in my room without my code I would've been in a really bad spot since there is no receptionist or on-site staff. “If you’re ever in Kofu, this is the place to stay! Just a short 10 min walk from Kofu Station. Room was large and spacious, super clean. Seemed very new and modern with a nice touch of Japanese style living room. Beds were very comfortable. A/c worked great! Service was amazing, they helped us with our luggage and had it ready in our room when we checked in. Check-in was simple on an iPad (no receptionists). Can definitely reccomend! ”
