The prooerty is perfectly located on Lake Kawaguchiko so it seems far from the bustle of the main train station while still being just a 10 minute walk away. Every staff member was exceptional. The onsen very tranquil and quite a destination in itself. I will stay here again absolutely.

It says it’s a 4-star hotel, but it’s more of a 3-star, as it’s somewhat tired. The rooms should be updated. The private onsen is nice, and the Akafuji restaurant is highly recommended. The staff is friendly and helpful.
