Lovely staff on reception, room was clean and spacious (Family Suite - Main Building). Our only disappointment was that the pool facilities and outdoor jacuzzi are all part of the Spa, and cost extra - nearly £25 per Adult and £12 per child. Also restricted times Children can go in the Spa. Overall lovely Hotel and stay, I just think the Hotel should make it clearer about the additional costs for the Spa.

I like the overall of frösö park. Breakfast its best in town. Especially its because included when you book a room . That the way supposed to be . Spa its great . I stay in froso park many time . Been on spa many time . I just wish spa have longer hours for family spa day. One day a week should be for family spa . And I wish the room temperature can be lower than 20°. Especially there no windows you can open in summer time. Its get to hot in room to sleep . And the summer blanket was to thick . Even there is a fan in room. But I rather to open the windows instead of fan. I really like to stay in froso park . Worth every penny . Looking forward to coming back ❤️🌸
