Mattress was horrible. Sunk in and the “pad” never stayed on the bed. The fridge clanked often and I had to sleep with ear plugs due to it. The fan never shut off on the hvac. I will not return to this hotel.

We had a handicap room with a walk-in shower on the ground floor near an exit. It was spacious and comfortable. Also, the motel is in a quiet location. We were never disturbed by traffic or interior noises. The pool was a disappointment but the exercise equipment was good.

The room was fine, very clean. The website stayed they have a pool and a hot tub, which is one of the reasons I chose this hotel. However, the hot tub is boarded up permanently, and the indoor pool wasn't heated whatsoever. It was ice cold- you couldn't even put your foot in. It should not be advertised as such. My daughter slept on the pull out couch and I called for some sheets and a blanket. I was told they have sheets, but "since no one did laundry today, we do not have any blankets"

Where's the hot tub?

In the pictures, there's a hot tub. In reality, that's now a cement slab. We booked FOR the hot tub. There was also old food in the room fridge and the bathroom wasn't bad, but it wasn't clean. The bed was comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet.
