“I had an ugly accident in the bath tube ending up needing sutures in my chin. There is an advertisement in the wall warning you to be careful from the slippery surface, but there is nothing in the floor stoping you from falling when the water starts to run. “We had a wonderful experience at Hotel Barbarossahof in Kaiserslautern! We hosted a party there, and the staff were incredible in helping us set up the room and prepare for the celebration. Everyone was welcoming, helpful, and quick to respond to our requests. Our hotel room was stunning, and the quiet surroundings made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely book again. Highly recommended!”

“Buen lugar, buena atención y excelente ubicación! Recomendado”

“I stay regularly at NH, once a week. Cleaning is getting worse. The room smelled bad and there were hairs in the sink and shower. ”
