The Yellow Barn Estates are charming; the rooms were large and also cozy, the beds were very comfy and the quirky spaces were fun. The rooms were clean and having common spaces to share was convenient. This is one of those “hidden gems” that you hope stays hidden, so we can come Back!

Very cozy clean room for our quick stay bringing our daughter to school at Cornell. They even had coffee and breakfast for us to make in the fully equipped kitchen.

Very nice and clean place. Charming decor and room setup. Indicative of staying in a barn, there were a lot of wood floors and ceilings. Noise from elsewhere in the barn traveled. Some neighbors were more quiet than others. But by 10pm (the requested noise cutoff), it was a lot better, with no problems sleeping. The beds were quite comfortable. GPS was off by one lot, but the signage made the Yellow Barn standout from the street.

This place is amazing! The room was clean and nicely decorated. The property was so comfortable! Multiple seating areas both indoors and out. If you need to store some items in the kitchen - no problem. In the morning, feel free to help yourself to some standard breakfast items, or bring your own eggs and bacon, and cook them up yourself. Just be sure to clean up afterwards. Very homey, attractive, well kept-up property. We had a wonderful stay here and will come back again!

The facility was extremely clean and well maintained. Christian was available anytime by phone. The system of "no keys" was well done. My husband and I had the master builder which was very nice. The only complaint that I had was the room above us was extremely noisy when the occupants went to their room. You could hear every step that they took even when they got up in the middle of the night. Next time I would opt for the second floor. The fact that we had so many common rooms to share with others was a nice touch. It was a pleasant experience, and I would use the Yellow Barn again.

This is unique property in a beautiful natural location. The house is very beautiful and comfortable. Every single detail has been thought through: the furniture, the decor, the kitchen amenities etc.you can enjoy on the covered terrace and on the open deck, or around the fire pit. !q

Although very short, we loved our stay at Yellow Barn. Everything was so clean, organized and smelled inviting. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever laid in (more comfy than my own) and the pillows were lovely also. We would really like to revisit the area and stay here again!

Exactly as described. Very clean premises and room including the bathroom. The room was small with two comfortable twin beds, desk and bureau; could be improved with a more comfortable reading chair. The building itself (old renovated barn) is very attractive. Ample outside decks for BBQing and hanging out; inside common spaces (kitchen, living room, common room) are small but well kept. Chris was very helpful answering questions by phone. Since there is no one onsite to check you in, even though the premises and building are well lighted, as a woman traveling alone I made a point of checking in before dark the first night. Very quiet, rural location, though only 10' or so drive to coffee shops etc. Free parking and free rapid wifi was appreciated.
