This was a very peaceful resort with limited resources. Be prepared to be in a remote location without multiple options for food or shopping. This is truely a place to enjoy the scenery and be at peace with yourself or partner. The rooms were clean, cool and the plunge pool was delightful.

Beautiful place to stay if you want peace and tranquility! The waitors and waitresses were amazing especially Shanea! She such a gem ! Only issue was the outlets were not charging iPhones . I suppose it supports old model iPhone charges . The food was good just wish they had more Caribbean selections . It was more American food .

If you want peace and quiet this place is amazing do not forget you are in the mountains away from everything the staff is amazing and they will book everything for you ,you just let them know. jett taxi is amazing ask for mathew( total) such a great driver we will go back thank you escape

We had a lovely time. The staff were friendly and always willing to accommodate you. The plunge pool was the best. No need to mingle, just go from the bed to the pool. I recommend the Floating Pool options. That was awesome! If you’re looking to do nothing but unwind and chill this is your place.

Remote property with amazing rooms all of which have plunge pools. Everyone so friendly. Food excellent and is all ordered from menu so no buffet. Excellent bbq on a Wednesday. We did hire a car for a week to see the most amazing island. We were here for our honeymoon.

This is definitely a place to visit with your couple if you want serenity. It is very peaceful. If you want loud, this is not the place. Staff were very nice/helpful. The place was overral kept well maintained. Wish there was a little shop though incase you need something since this place is very far/hidden from all the stores. I will recommend renting a car to go explore the beaches. The beaches long bay beach, Dickenson beach were beautiful! The roads are not well maintained so just a heads up, lots of bumps. & the reason for the low raiting if becausenog much was offered

The Escape Resort is the perfect getaway for the couple whose primary purpose is rest and relaxation. Very peaceful with a nice bay backdrop. The room was adequate and the plunge pool was great. Be mindful that traversing from the Resort via taxi will be costly as the area feels far from everything. My recommendation is to rent a car if you want to explore. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The food selection was very basic especially at breakfast time. I would recommended more variety at every serving time. I must add that the Caribbean BBQ night was my favorite. Overall 8/10 for value for money

1- The property is very far from the town, so you do have to spend a lot of extra money on transportation. 2- it’s an all inclusive but only at the bar area, if u want drinks u will have to go to the bar and bring back as many as u can carry to ur room or other areas 3- there’s no room service 4- my Partner and I weren’t happy with the food or the menu. 5- most staff members were very friendly and helpful 6- The drinks were good

The name of the resort says it all, it's truly an escape. If you're looking to disconnect, relax, and do absolutely nothing while enjoying beautiful views, this is the perfect place. The scenery is stunning, the food is excellent, and the staff are incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. That said, if you're looking for a resort with lots of activities or amenities that are easily accessible on-site, this may not be the best fit. This resort is more about peace, tranquility, and unwinding than constant entertainment. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway.

The property is kept clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is not a buffet all inclusive. The food is restaurant style where you have to make a time slot for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food was ok but if there is something on the menu you want to try please reserve certain items because they run out by 8pm dinner slot. The individual room pools are amazing. The one thing that made it not fun was the beach they provide a shuttle too was not a beach I would call it a lagoon. It would have been better if they provided a shuttle to Half Moon Bay just bring your towels because all the beach chairs were stacked up and no one there to help. If you decide to stay at the hotel rent a car and explore the many bay/beaches on the island. The furtherest beach maybe 50 min drive (Dickerson - the best beach we visited).

We had a lovely staycation, stayed for a birthday getaway. I’d suggest having complimentary slippers, flannels etc would have been helpful. We did order the floating tapas, which tbh could have been a bit warmer, some of the food was a little salty so we didn’t eat much of it but it arrived on time. The day after we had the floating breakfast, the fruit was great but they over did it with onions and even put them on the salmon and cream cheese bagel which ruined the meal for me. Wednesdays bbq night was great, the food was fantastic, the other nights they’d sold out of the steak and the lobster which was a surprise, the other dishes weren’t very impressive nor was the breakfast in the restaurant the day after. However I would go back, not for the food but the location out of the hustle and bustle and the room with the pool and tub definitely make up for that. If you’re thinking of booking, I’d say the room is worth it but just be aware the food isn’t the best and bring your own slippers for the room.

Overall really enjoyed our 7 night stay. Staff were friendly and helpful at all times. Rooms were clean and well maintained, plunge pool was the center piece and did not disappoint. The shower heads were awful with no water pressure. Dining options are extremely limited but that the trade off when you go ultra private like this resort. Our trip was during shoulder season so most everything was minimally maintained, wasn’t an issue for us.
