We’ve stayed here every time we go to jones beach for a concert. It’s a clean enough place, and the property is only 12 minutes away from jones beach. The restaurant that shares the parking lot is awesome and right on the water. If you’re looking to stay for a night or two, this is a good spot!

Check-in was easy and the person at the desk was pleasant enough. When we got to the room, the overwhelming smell of marijuana and cleaning products made me nauseous. There is a night club on the premises and there were people hanging out in the parking lot into the night. Wouldn’t recommend

Hotel needs a serious upgrade .this is 2026 and for the same price at another hotel, which is very well maintained,has smart tvs, proper house keeping etc. And more amenities in the room.. This hotel can do way much better.rooms are too small for what they charge.this is in no way to discredit the reputation of this hotel,but I was very disappointed ,not much space and this is my honest review.staff was friendly and very helpful other than that..

The staff were very nice. The room looked like it was partially updated although there was no caulking underneath the shower door so the water just ran out of the shower and the mirror was terrible. Not a lot of TV channels and the Wi-Fi wasn’t very good.

Clean. Quiet. Occasional interloper through the lot. No coffee in lobby even though it was offered to us at check in. They looked at me like I was crazy to expect it when they had told me about it. Room 108 had leak from upstairs through light in the shower Very Dangerous- I skipped the shower when I noticed that. They seemed attentive to fix it as I alerted them to it at check out

Overall the place was Ok. Relatively clean and comfortable. Bathroom needed work, toilet paper holder was broken, so TP was placed behind the toilet, very hard to reach, the toilet seat was not on correctly so it shifted around. Lightbulbs were out by the bed. If I had to stay longer I would have pushed to have these items fixed.

Room was large and clean. However we were in a renovated room and the curtains were short so the light came in, the shower was nice but complicated to use. The jet tub was very complicated and never worked, the room phone was not connected and the dead bolt was not operable. The property was clean, safe and plenty of parking. No amenities.

The room was very clean. Smelled good and didn't look run down. 2 miles down there is a dunkin donuts. Staff were nice. Easy checkout. I have been staying here for over 10 years when i go to Freeport. The showers are nice. I would recommend.
