Staff were wonderful. Hotel was in good repair and very clean. Room was spacious. Parking was super easy and plentiful. I did have an issue with my room door card, not working and had to return to the front desk several times to have it reset; other guests were having the same problem. Minor inconvenience. overall my stay was wonderful.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was made to order. However, our room smelled like a pet had been in it. I had to ask for some air fresher to get the pet smell out of my room. The bathtub needed some repairs. I wish the rooms for pets were separate. I felt like because I didn’t have a pet I was discriminated against. I had to endure the smell and having allergies made it difficult.

The staff was welcoming and helpful. Plenty of parking. Swimming pool was clean and inviting. Room was clean, mattress comfortable, fully stocked with toiletries and such. Great breakfast on Saturday. Lovely! On the less positive side, the sofa in room 206 had a central sagging problem and should be repaired or replaced, and the Sunday breakfast service was understaffed. One server and one cook were trying to manage a full dining room alone. I hope it was just a glitch, but the manager or other staff should be trained to jump in during times like these. An additional person to refill the coffee urns, bus tables, and handle the payments would have helped greatly. We waited 20 minutes just trying to place our order then gave up.

Well, I consider this high-end hotel. I was in town on business and the rate and availability was present so I booked and it was a wonderful experience. The breakfast is well worth it and staff is very friendly. It’s a welcoming city.
