I stayed here on a road trip where we stopped to see family. My family raved about how nice this facility was. He was right. They had recently remodeled the facility. It was very cute, well maintained, and well appointed. Because I had reserved online, check in was done over the phone, and it was the fastest, easiest check in I had on my whole trip. The beds were comfortable, shower strong, the room was roomy, AC kept us cool. It even had a resident large frog (toad?)! lol I hope to stay there again if I get back to see my family :)

We have learned to be wary of exterior access motels, so when this one had a 9.4 rating on Expedia, we were skeptical. It turned out to be absolutely worth the great score. Sparkling clean, spacious, with plenty of counter space and outlets and all-new furniture and fixtures, it exceeded our expectations. Definitely a great choice whether you're passing through for one night or staying for a week.

Comfy & cute place!

This place is an amazing gem! My son and I stayed here on our way to Kansas from South Dakota. This is a very comfortable, cute, friendly place. The double queen room we got was huge! We will stop here again when we are in the are.

The motel was easy on/off the highway. Very comfortable beds and nice shower. Fairly large room as well. It would have been nice to have some bagels or fruit as breakfast options. We stopped instead after we left the motel. Not a deal breaker. It suited our needs for a one night stay. Franklin itself did not have any restaurants that were open. We walked instead to a grocery store for dinner options. There is a gas station next to the motel with some food as well.

This is a cute little place, almost in the middle of nowhere! While there are not many choices for places to stay in this area, do not feel like you will have to settle for something dirty or shady when staying here. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable. Fixtures are dated but everything we needed was available here, and it was clean. Staff is very welcoming and friendly. There is a small, self-serve continental breakfast & coffee area available (remember those?). I am not a breakfast person, but some may appreciate more choices for breakfast. However, it's nothing that would stop us from coming back. Give this place a try!
