The Moxy was a bit of fun and has everything you need, the staff is simply amazing, always with a smile on their face , location convenient with tram service very close by. Nice walk to Frankfurt old town. Amenities close by example lidls for breakfast items or a lovely supermarket about a 7 minute walk, one small comment breakfast was €23 per person which was a bit steep so we opted to eat out. Avoid walking to ost park using Google maps takes you an unsavoury side of Frankfurt, some less interesting characters be safe walk in pairs or groups if you happen to get lost

When arrived we didn’t get the welcome drink, our room was not cleaned and towels not changed. When requested for body towels they gave us hand towels because they didn’t have any more, and they don’t have complimentary water. I have stayed at several Moxy hotels, and believe me, this one is not up to the level

Nice hotel with very friendly staff. The wet room concept in the bathroom is not practice at all, the floor gets full of water and doesn't drain property and you could easily trip.

Apart from the fact that the garage barrier didn't open and staff seemed to be helpless and the breakfast product quality was below our expectations it was a pleasant stay.

Fun and convenient

Third time staying at the Moxy. It's clean, fun, convenient. I typically don't rent a car when I'm in town (although they do have off-street parking) so it's important that the hotel have good access to transit options. And there were always e-scooters nearby as well! The Moxy is also close to an excellent grocery store and restaurants, plus they have breakfast and snacks/drinks in the hotel. Staff have been uniformly excellent as well, which adds tremendously to the experience.
