“The people in Reception was very unfriendly. I was traveling with my a disabled member of my family and asked for 30 mins more after the check out time (because he needed bit more time to be read y) and one Lady in reception wanted to charge me for a late check out she was very unpolite and no empathy”

“Estuvo muy bien mi estadía. La cama cómoda. Habitación grande. Terraza. Piscina. Volveré”

“The place had a kind of home from home atmosphere. Our room was spacious with a seating area and outside balcony also with seating. The town centre with all its amenities was a short 10min walk away. The owner/manager and his partner were an extremely friendly and helpful couple. He even allowed me to park my motorcycle in his garage.”

“The hotel is nice but I had a terrible experience as a customer. I had a reservation from 22/02 until 24/02. I had to arrive late at the hotel due to personal reasons and I had not seen that I had to call in advance so that they can prepare a late arrival. The check-in time limit was 18:00 and I called them around 21:30 to ask if the restaurant was still open, and to my surprise they told me that not only the restaurant was closed, but so was the hotel. They also told me that 1) it was not...
