Decent and cheap hostel

Great and friendly staff. Always on hand. The shower facilities need improvement and possibly directions on the taps as there are 4 but it was a good shower once I figured out how to do it. Sun lounging area was great and spacious too. Beds were comfortable.

Nice stay but Tetris needs an upgrade

We enjoyed our stay. Due to low season there was nobody around so it felt like a ghost town. No staff around except for via WhatsApp. Don’t expect a sociable environment at this time of year. The place certainly needs a freshening up and providing a water filter would be a great addition! Nice places to eat and drink very close by.

Very bad communication & self check in ist not giving you all information you need for your room - it was very complicated to get a room… we ended in an already used bedroom bc they were not organized. Somebody came in our room at night and then looked us in - as mentioned we didnt have any keys or anything. We were not provided with the door code either after our self check in

La camera non era pulita e il bagno era sudicio. Non c'era acqua per lavarsi o per scaricare il gabinetto. Mi è stato detto che era un problema momentaneo e che se volevo, per quella notte mi avrebbero cambiato camera. Ho accettato ma mi hanno dato una camera ancora peggiore in cui c'era una perdita d'acqua dal soffitto (infatti avevano messo un secchio). Il problema d'acqua però c'era anche qui, quindi quella sera essendo già molto tardi, sono andato a dormire senza potermi lavare né usare il gabinetto. Il giorno dopo al ritorno dall'escursione alle cascate il problema non era risolto, quindi ho deciso di lasciare la struttura e prenotare da un'altra parte, chiedendo il rimborso che fortunatamente mi hanno dato (al netto della prima notte, che vabbè, vista la situazione descritta in pratica ho pagato per appoggiare gli zaini e dormire qualche ora). Le foto di tutta la struttura devono averle fatte almeno 15 anni fa quando la struttura era forse nuova, perché adesso non sono proprio veritiere di com'è l'ostello. PESSIMA ESPERIENZA

Decepcionante, marketing muito bem feito porém é só fachada, Hostel é decepcionante, iniciando já pelo atendimento, seguindo para as acomodações péssimas, ficamos em um quarto sem janela e com chão de borracha, cheiro era horrível de borracha e pra ajudar com cheiro de tinta também. Palavra para de definir, DECEPÇÃO!
