Extremely clean, and issues were resolved immediately. Simply ask them to clean your room and they do a great job. Amazing gym and game room, and the pool was incredible - just the right size. The only (tiny) issue was on the TV has a demo banner along the bottom. That was fixed with a quick Google search however.

Limpo, organizado, mas são 02 ou 03 hotéis em um mesmo espaço, então tem bastante "puxadinho". A garagem para carros grandes é longe, um piso bem escorregadio e com muito lodo. Estava chovendo e a água que escorre de uma telha, por não ter calha, cai em cima de outro telhado de plástico, então, se vc tem o sono leve fica ouvindo o pingo dágua a noite toda. Café da manhã básico, poucas opções, mas, para dormir, acordar, comer um pão, tomar uma xícara de café e ir fazer compras, atende. A localização é muito boa, posto de combustível, farmácia, restaurante, barzinhos top, tudo a 1 ou 2 quadras.

Ficamos numa área mais nova do hotel, mas algumas pessoas da minha família ficaram em quartos bem mais velhos. Ao solicitar algo que não tinha no café da manhã. como ovos mexidos (tinha cozido ou frito), os funcionários olhavam de cara fechada, acho que pelo excesso de trabalho pois o hotel tem muito movimento (e nem fomos em alta temporada).
