When we pulled in the parking lot, I thought oh this is a sketchy place. The front desk lady was super nice and helpful and made us feel comfortable. We got to our room and was pleasantly surprised. It was clean and updated. Don’t always judge a book by the cover. It was a nice room!

Great location and helpful staff. Clean and tidy. Safe and open parking lot. Well worth what we paid. 5 minute ride to Patriot Place and plenty of food choices around. Laundry worked well and the breakfast was good too.

The front desk clerk who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The tv was on when we entered our room, for some strange reason. There was, what appeared to be, a large burn mark in the middle of our bathroom floor. There weren’t enough hangers in the closets and hooks would have been useful. The welcome snacks were appreciated and enjoyed. Things that were lacking included tv channels we wanted to access but couldn’t and a sleep timer on the remote control. We would have appreciated a check in with housekeeping while we were gone for a straightening up. The complimentary breakfast was adequate but I have celiac disease and would have appreciated gluten free bread and baked goods options. Instant hot chocolate should be available and dairy free creamer. I’d definitely be more likely to stay again if there was a restaurant/bar on the premises.

We, (my wife, 2 children, and myself) stayed here for one night to attend a wedding about 20 minutes away. My honest review is that it served its purpose. The room was very clean and updated. We found a q-tip on the floor, but fine otherwise. Free snacks, drinks, and toiletries in the room which helped with the kids level of excitement. Fridge, TV, ironing board, blow dryer, coffee maker, and microwave as well. On our way in, we called to see if we could check in early so we could get ready. Someone looked into it and called me back within 5 minutes and got us right in at 11. The breakfast was questionable, we did not eat it after seeing it. I also believe there is a section of the hotel that allows smoking, and you can smell it throughout the entire hotel. We could not smell it at all inside the room which was good because my wife would have made us leave. All in all, it served its purpose as a place to get ready and sleep after a wedding, but that’s about it. Good enough, especially for the price.

Picked the accommodation because it was a 15 minute walk to the Gillette Stadium which was excellent. However, I also picked it because there was a bar and food which was sadly not open the night before the England match - very disappointing. I was also promised extra blankets because it was cold in room. These were promised but sadly never arrived. However, I would stay there again.
