Room was clean, breakfast + eating area above average. Nicely maintained property in a convenient location, plus just across the street from a wonderful footpath along the Eel River. The only thing I didn't like was that room cleaning service was only every third day. If I'm staying in a motel or hotel, I would like the beds made and the room tidied every day.

Property and rooms were very well maintained. There’s a pay per load washer and dryer available on property. Breakfast had a good range of options including Gluten Free muffins and bagels for my wife. Pool and spa were heated and pool was half way covered by the patio. We loved our stay.
