Já tinha me hospedado nesse hotel e achei maravilhoso. Novo, limpo e nada a reclamar. Voltei e foi diferente. Dessa vez achei a toalha com mancha preta. Por ser um hotel novo e caro, acho inadmissível encontrar defeitos. Pra completar um apt para duas pessoas sempre colocam dois sabonetes. Dessa vez só tinha um e já estava na saboneteira do banheiro. Café da manhã bom. Dois atendentes: Um extremamente simpático e educado. Um rapaz alto muito educado. O outro bem antipático! Parecia que não estava feliz.

Hotel com uma localização perfeita para quem vai a negócio, trabalho, para prestar concurso ou para atendimento médico. Pontos positivos: hotel novo, limpo, prático, com estacionamento e bem localizado. Pontos negativos: o box do banheiro não dispõe de aparador para colocarmos os shampoos e demais produtos (precisamos coloca-los no chão); não é disponibilizada, estranhamente, toalha de rosto na pia; as toalhas de banho são finas, poderiam ser melhores.

Ótima opção em Fortaleza!

Experiência no WA Hotel foi muito boa. Hotel novo, cama boa, chuveiro ótimo, café da manhã muito bom. Parabéns ao Cícero e a Gigliane que sempre nos recebiam com um "bom dia!" e muito prestativos. Bem diferente dos dois rapazes que estavam na recepção entre 31 de dez e 1 de janeiro. Faltou cortesia.

Café da manhã simples, mas atendia a minha necessidade. Espaço físico do café pequeno para qte de hóspedes. Atendimento da recepção excelente. Limpeza do quarto precária, a camareira não varreu o quarto durante os três dias que fiquei hospedada, além de não trocar as toalhas. Qd eu retornava à noite sempre me dirigia a recepção em busca de toalhas limpas.

Muito bom. Certamente voltaremos.

Hotel muito acima da média. Cama ótima, café top. Ambiente silêncioso mesmo ao lado de uma avenida bastante movimentada. 2 duas águas de cortesia já me conquistaram de cara. Fica próximo de vários restaurantes e dos shoppings. Certamente retornaremos. De sugestão apenas colocar o secador de cabelo que ajuda bastante a mulherada. :)
