The property is so tidy and the hotel is just fantastic, although the area around the hotel is a bit busy and not too safe is ok for one or two.

Be carefull with this hotel! We've rented the Superiour Quadrupple room (4 twin beds), we paid extra for this upgrade and when we arrived at the hotel the staff told us that they don't even have a room with 4 twin beds! They refuse to refund us the extra payment. Expedia management also cooperates with them, as they know about this and don't do anything about this either!

Fiquei hospedada por 3 diárias a trabalho e, sinceramente, não voltaria e nem indicaria. O único ponto realmente positivo do hotel é a localização, no coração do Centro de Fortaleza, excelente para quem precisa resolver algo na região. Mas a experiência não justificou o valor cobrado em absolutamente nada. Antes da hospedagem, vi avaliações no Booking informando que o elevador estava quebrado há cerca de um mês. Como minha reserva foi feita depois disso, imaginei que o problema já tivesse sido resolvido. Não foi. Durante toda a estadia, o elevador continuava sem funcionar, e subir vários lances de escada carregando bolsa de trabalho foi extremamente desconfortável. Outro ponto que achei absurdo: praticamente tudo é cobrado à parte. Mesmo sendo hóspede, o estacionamento custa R$ 25 por diária. Caso você receba uma visita, ela só pode permanecer por até 2 horas, senão é cobrada uma taxa de R$ 110. Honestamente, a sensação é de que o hotel tenta monetizar qualquer situação possível. O café da manhã também deixou muito a desejar. Não pela qualidade em si, era apenas ok, mas pelo horário extremamente restrito: das 6h às 9h. Nunca vi isso em hotel. Como eu estava em evento e trabalhava até tarde todos os dias, não existia a possibilidade de descansar um pouco mais sem perder completamente o café. Além disso, o ambiente estava com forte cheiro de tinta durante a hospedagem. Em frente ao prédio fica a Justiça Federal, então há uma quantidade muito grande de moradores de rua.
