Um convite a ficar fora do hotel

Minha estadia de 6 dias no Magna Praia Hotel foi decepcionante. A boa localização e a vista para o mar não foram suficientes para compensar os problemas que encontrei. O atendimento foi inconsistente, com Adriano demonstrando excelente serviço, enquanto Luiza parecia pouco motivada. A limpeza e manutenção do quarto deixaram a desejar, com sinais de desgaste, móveis antigos, toalhas ásperas e cheiro de mofo. Os elevadores pequenos e lentos tornaram as escadas uma opção mais viável. No entanto, o café da manhã foi um destaque, graças ao atendimento excepcional de Regis e da senhora da tapioca. A estrutura do hotel não correspondeu às expectativas criadas pelas fotos. As áreas comuns pareceram menos charmosas na realidade, a piscina é pequena e gelada, e havia obras em andamento nas proximidades. Além disso, a falta de isolamento acústico permitiu que barulhos do corredor e de outros quartos atrapalhassem meu descanso. Apesar do potencial do hotel, acredito que melhorias urgentes são necessárias na estrutura, no treinamento da equipe e na atenção ao hóspede. Minha nota reflete a decepção com a experiência, considerando o valor pago e as expectativas iniciais.

O que falar dessa hospedagem INCRÍVEL?! Amei cada segundo no Magna, desde a minha entrada até a saída foi tudo perfeito. Atendido espetacular, do recepcionista a camareira. Não tenho nada a reclamar!
