Nossa experiência no hotel foi, de modo geral, muito positiva. Ficamos hospedados por 6 diárias em um quarto família para três pessoas. O quarto é amplo e confortável, com uma cama de casal muito boa. A cama de solteiro, no entanto, já estava um pouco desgastada e afundava, o que comprometeu um pouco o conforto. Um detalhe que merece atenção é que o hotel disponibiliza apenas os lençóis. Caso o hóspede queira uma manta ou cobertor, é necessário pagar uma taxa extra. A localização é um dos grandes destaques: o hotel fica muito próximo à Beira-Mar, exatamente na direção da Arena do Humor, permitindo fazer praticamente tudo a pé. Outro ponto muito positivo é o atendimento. Todos os funcionários, desde os recepcionistas até as camareiras, foram extremamente simpáticos, educados e prestativos durante toda a estadia. O café da manhã é servido na cobertura, que oferece uma linda vista para a praia. O café é satisfatório, com boa variedade de opções. Apenas as frutas deixaram a desejar, pois, nos dias em que estive hospedada, não estavam com boa qualidade. O único ponto realmente negativo do hotel é o elevador. Por ser antigo, ele dá alguns solavancos durante o funcionamento, o que causa certa insegurança e merece uma modernização. No geral, considero que o hotel oferece um bom custo-benefício, principalmente pela excelente localização, pelo atendimento acolhedor e pelo conforto do quarto. Com alguns ajustes, especialmente no elevador e na qualidade das frutas do café da manhã.

Hotel não é novo, ar na gela direito, fiquei presa no elevador, e depois ficou desligado pelo período que fiquei hospedada, tendo que subir 6 andares de escada, descer com malas etc. Já com relação aos funcionários, são atenciosos e prestativos!
