Wonderful hotel in Fort William! 🏔️✨ The hotel is chic, modern, and surprisingly spacious, with beautiful décor throughout. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the beds were super comfortable—perfect after a day exploring the Highlands! 🛏️ The location is also excellent and very convenient for enjoying Fort William and the surrounding area. A warm welcome, but unfortunately quite a small and warm room. Even with the window open, it remained too hot, and that was on a day where it was 16C outside. The bed was comfortable, and the room had good facilities. Unfortunately, the hotel was quite noisy, with other guests making noise from approx 0530, and there being very little sound insulation.

We used this hotel as a place to sleep for which it was excellent. About 10 to 15 minute walk from the station which for us was great (when not raining). We didn't have breakfast only because we prefer to sample local cafés of which there are a few very close.

We stayed here for two nights and rented the apartment as there were 4 people. The apartments are not at the hotel site and you have to drive away about 4-5 minutes. They are very old and the floors creek at every move. The bed in the main bedroom was only full size and was too small for two people. The only mirror they had was in the bathroom, which was very inconvenient for doing makeup. They should have a place to hang towels. They had secured Wi-Fi, which was nice. The kitchen was nice. I’ve had all amenities. It would have been nice to have Kleenex box.

This place was perfect and location was great to get around the area. Rooms were clean and extra touches in the rooms were nice. My only complaint is that we stayed in the newly built second building. Although it was quiet and rooms were tidy…we were travelling with my in-laws who are seniors. We were on the third floor floor and it is all stairs to get up there. It is not accessible any other way and that is an important consideration when booking your stay. The staff did not show us to our rooms and said go outside the main building walk to the side and then behind the building so that too could have been very helpful.

The location was great and the beds were comfortable. Close to restaurants and grocery, able to walk. Everything was clean and maintained. They even had a travel cot set up for my little guy. Only complaints were the parking and the fact that our building was in a separate building at the back of the property and only accessible by stairs. It was inconvenient because you had to haul your bags from the front as it was closed off to driving. The parking lot had minimal stalls and you had to park a half block away and pay.
