Stayed at numerous Comfort Inns traveling across country and found them very nice. Sadly, Lancaster CI was not as nice. First off, very smelly approaching front door and a smell in the lobby. But most annoying though was there were NO towel racks at all. Not one. Only two small hooks on bathroom door very high up. The employees were excellent, however. Polite and helpful.
