Fort Salonga Vacations

Good location small rooms restaurant closes very early. View from my room sucked

Property was very clean, the rooms were nice, and the staff were friendly. Location is perfect for those wanting to be close to Times Square or if you’re seeing a Broadway show.

The staff has lodged me in a wrong room and I had to start over the reservation. Not good. Also, the breakfast room was so crowded that I had the feeling I was in the US Navy facility with so many people around. Overall the stay was good.

There were no amenities at the hotel. TV did not work. Front desk laughed and said that I did not come to NY to watch TV. Bed was broken. Only ice machine in the hotel was broken. Had to ask for wash towels three times before they could bring me this pitiful piece of cloth that was worn out and felt like sandpaper. The shower wasn't nasty. It was moldy and horrible. Can't wait to get home to get a shower. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
