Overall, our experience was disappointing. While the staff at check-in were very friendly and took the time to explain all the hotel’s amenities, the cleanliness of the room did not meet the standards we expected. We noticed dried residue on the bathroom wall, which gave the impression that the area had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. In addition, the food was consistently below expectations throughout our stay. Considering the very high prices charged by the hotel, we expected much better quality. Unfortunately, the dining experience did not justify the cost. The service at arrival was excellent, but the lack of attention to cleanliness and the poor value of the food left us disappointed overall.

Property was clean, views were amazing and staff was friendly and accommodating. The resort offered multiple dining options and everything we ate was freshly prepared. We enjoyed the spa service as well. There are still some minor repairs to be completed (ie Tennis court surface and sporting complex in general) from Hurricane Ian but overall we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend. We truly enjoyed everything and would definitely go back.
