I would say overall, my stay was satisfactory. It would have been nice if we got a hot breakfast rather than the takeaway bag. The room and bed was clean, the radiator however was noisy and the fire alarm had a low battery which went off every so often. I probably would come back as the location was prime.

An ok hotel for the price. I was here 20 years ago and nothing has changed. Same stuff just old. It has suites which is good for lomg stays. My bed was ok but pillows sucked. Staff were very nice and helpful. Nothing really bad to say, its a older hotel that doesnt offer much.

This is a decent budget hotel in Ft Mcmurray. Staff were friendly on check in. My room was in the tower. It was tidy, but the rug has certainly seen better days. Bed/sheets were clean, bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet. Over all, an older hotel that could use some sprucing up. A small note to staff, loudly asking a female patron if they are staying alone in a hotel room in front of a lobby full of humans isn’t safe. I had put on my reservation that it was just me, and I was alone checking into the hotel. Given that my deadbolt didn’t work in my room, it made me a little uneasy
