Jared at front desk was super helpful upon check in and check out. Gave us good food choices. Biggies restaurant is very good with lots of choices. The only bummer part about the hotel is it’s not walking distance to anything because the roads are not safe to walk. Otherwise, I thought the area was safe.

The bed and pillows were comfortable. The room and washroom was clean. The breakfast was very good. They had oatmeal, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, fruit, cereals, bagels and bread and a toaster. They have a shuttle that can take you to catch the 163 or 164 bus into Manhattan. Overall we would recommend this place.

Our room faced the highway, so traffic noise was almost always a constant..But I could have researched the specific area better. However...beautiful neighborhood behind the hotel...great for walking behind Hotel is a great location for visiting the Amerivan Dream Mall or attending an event at Metlife Stadium. Hotel was very clean..staff was courteous and professional. Great breakfast...there is a McDonald's located right next to the hotel (walking distance). Overall, I would definitely stay here again..just perhaps request a different room location.

Excellent location, affordable pricing especially on Labor Day weekend with both a major concert at MetLife stadium and the US Open happening. Nice lobby/seating if one chooses to sit. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! Check-in was quick, easy, and stress-free. Even though we arrived earlier than the official check-in time, we were pleasantly surprised that we were able to get our rooms before 3 PM. Michael was extremely helpful, accommodating, and professional. He went out of his way to arrange for my mom’s room to be on the same floor and close to mine, which we truly appreciated. The hotel’s location was excellent, conveniently situated near everything we needed. We felt safe throughout our stay and really enjoyed how easy it was to get around. Overall, we had a positive experience, appreciated the helpful service, and would recommend the hotel to others.
