Pool area was nice. Rooms were basic and linens did not smell fresh. Floor hallways smelled of wet carpet and sweat. The pricing of the rooms are too expensive for the basic accommodations

My stay was absolutely amazing, and I cannot praise the staff enough; the front desk, housekeeping, and valet teams were all exceptional. The only suggestion I have is to improve the privacy of the bathroom, as the current open-concept design is a bit impractical. Installing a barn-style sliding door would be a perfect solution. Overall, a wonderful experience!

This place was amazing! I truly enjoyed myself and would most definitely visit again. The staff was so welcoming and gave great recommendations for food and drinks. The beach access was a 10/10! My only disappointment was that the main pool area was closed during my stay. I really wish I had received a notification about this beforehand, since the pool was one of the main reasons I booked the hotel. Other than that, I had a great experience and would absolutely stay here again!

This is one of the nicest most luxurious hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The staff are all wonderful and friendly and the location is perfect. Right on the beach, free bikes and a beautiful pool. Highly recommend.

This hotel was amazing! The location is great, walking distance to restaurants and the beach is right across the street. The room was beautiful and felt clean. The only downside to this hotel was the elevators. Our tower had two working elevators and they were constantly busy so we were left waiting 5-10 minutes each time. Sometimes we would stop on every floor each time we used the elevator which was definitely annoying. Other than that, we loved this property.

I noticed they charge my credit card over 2,000 twice because I upgraded and was told it was a mistake & when I check out it should come back on my card in a few days but couldn’t understand since it was their fault why couldn’t it be fix right away.Since I upgraded I thought the room was going to be nicer but the living room area,bathroom ,bedroom & balconies so outdated.The lobbies and restaurants was nice.I would never stay here again they didn’t care if I had money to enjoy my trip for 5 days or not.😡

This trip was actually my brother's idea to go to Ft. Lauderdale Florida. I was actually against it at first but then I was on Tik Tok and saw some of the reviews and amenities! When I say they did to disappoint!! The staff was super helpful ! The rooms were clean. The pool and crew there were awesome too! and well stocked! If by chance you run out of anything they are more than willing to help every time.And not just one of them either! Raul, Millie and Natasha made our stay for our 41st. Wedding anniversary the best YET!! if you are thinking about staying here please DO IT!!!! Thank you all and can't wait to visit again in the future!
