We love this place! We have stayed here three times in the last couple of years. We stayed for a few days after a cruise but also for a week, once. The staff is wonderful! It is so close to the beach and the area is wonderful, so many shops and restaurants along the broadwalk!

Experienced King Tide for the first time, seeing that the hotel was literally so close to the beach it flooded the streets in front. Was definitely interesting to see the waves crashing on the side like that, clean facility, lovely staff.

Great location, in the middle of the main beach. Friendly staff and basic accommodation. Would have given a higher rating if the wifi worked; weak signal rendered it useless in the room.

The parking situation in Hollywood is horrible. You have to pay about the same price to park as you pay for your room at St . Maurice's. Also, you have to walk a looong way. The community of Hollywood needs to get its act together regarding the parking situation all the way around. A beautiful beach and nice places to stay don't mean much if folks don't have parking within a reasonable distance of where they are staying.

Even though my stay at the St. Maurice was short, had a very relaxing time at the St Maurice. Place is a little outdated but it was clean and accessible to the beach was just steps away. They have a closet full of chairs, umbrellas and small coolers that you can borrow. No need to Lyft for dinner as there’s tons of places to eat around the boardwalk or short walk. Overall, a good experience and would stay again if the opportunity presents itself.

The property itself was adorable, with a great location. However, the cost of parking was completely misrepresented. The listing states $22 per night, when I arrived I was given a QR code to scan to pay the city for a temporary pass to park on the street, which ranged from $21 Thursday to $26 for Fri-Sun. (including any portion of that day) bringing my total for parking to $99 for 3 nights/66 hours. When I attempted to complete the transaction I got a message stating there were no more passes available. I called the office to ask what my other options were and I was told I could just pay the hourly rate of $3/hr or $198 for my stay. In the end, I did some searching and I was able to park at Margaritaville for $146, which was still more than double what I expected to pay based on the property's listing on Expedia.
