⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a wonderful stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Fort Lauderdale! The beautiful ocean views, luxurious atmosphere, and attentive staff made the experience truly special. The location is perfect, and the pool and beach areas were absolutely beautiful. Everything felt relaxing, elegant, and upscale. I would definitely stay here again! 🥂🌴✨

The Ritz Carlton Sarasota is hands down excellent. The moment I walked through the doors I was treated with respect and courtesy. The hotel is definitely 5 stars. The staff was spectacular and many remembered my family name. The restaurant food was delicious. The in room dining was above average. The room was very comfortable. The beach shuttle ran on time and it was just a short trip. The beach club and beach was great. I will come back. I truly enjoyed my stay.

Incredibly poor experience from start to finish. Staff is not helpful, defers to 3rd parties for all issues whether it’s in the resort fee or not, we got stuck on the skybridge due to both elevators breaking, the room smelled and house keeping was not thorough, food is lackluster, and they let homeless people walk through - where one stared at the guests on the front patio. Save the headache and book elsewhere.

Staying at the Ritz Carlton there is an expectation of a clean and well kept hotel. The difference is service people are outstanding. From the check in, room service, restaurant and concierge staff, make the stay worth the added cost over competing hotels.

Lovely spot but not the full high end experience that may be expected at the Ritz. For example, our room was not tended to daily. Two associates knocked on our door the morning of the date of departure wondering when we were leaving. And the cushions on the beach chairs were soiled. These are small matters, but cultivate to an overall positive, but not entirely luxury experience. I will add that the associates working the front desk, the restaurants, and the valet were lovely.

Great hotel to stay at, we stay a couple of times a year and it’s definitely worth the extra $, the staff at the hotel make the stay worth it, top quality service. Had the fire alarm go off at 4.30 which did make us tired for the next day which was a shame, we had to leave and come back in as the fire was on the beach and the smoke was drifting into the hotel setting the smoke alarms off. Will be back this year if we get chance. The one downside to the hotel is the food at the pool and restaurant that s not that good, we just don’t eat at the hotel and walk to other restaurants to eat.

Seriously need to get new beds. Some not all of the staff are unhappy and rude. They provided cute festivities for the kids (I.e animal show and magic show) The rooms need updating and they seriously need fabric softener. Food needs help too. Ordered a hamburger for dinner and it was tea nasty. Hair in the salad. The ac in the room was broken. Overall I would not stay at this hotel again in the future.

The hotel itself was classic Ritz. Beautiful property, great room, attentive staff. The only negative callout is that the beach area is not private for Ritz guests so you get random people setting up next to you, listening to loud music, having family picnics, etc. There were also vendors that periodically came by offering food, drinks, etc.
