We laid down to go to sleep and found that our bed was infested with bedbugs. There were splatters on the wall that seemed to have been there for a while and stains on the pillowcases. The bathrooms were unclean and did not feel like we could safely shower or get ready for the day. Borderline needs to be checked out and taken off Expedia.

⭐☆☆☆☆ I booked through Expedia, but the experience was disappointing. First, the check-in instructions were never emailed before arrival, so we had to wait around 10–15 minutes once we got there. The room was extremely small, and the blanket provided was very thin and barely big enough for a toddler—definitely not what you expect for an adult stay. To make things worse, the blankets and towels smelled like they hadn’t been washed, which made the stay feel uncomfortable and unclean. On top of that, when we parked, the property manager charged an unexpected $10 parking fee, even though this fee was not listed anywhere on Expedia. The manager said we had to pay it or move the car, which was ridiculous. Overall, the stay felt unorganized, unsanitary, and not worth the hassle. Expedia should make sure properties clearly list all fees and provide proper check-in information in advance.

my friends bag was stolen on the first day he arrived he is 81 years old, the stay is for only a small room with locks and codes on the door and a code to access the front door. They asked me for a photo ID so they have my drivers license now and my friends drivers license. I think we will be making a police report very soon. Not worth the money at all. Don't stay here it felt unsafe from the moment he walked in there. he had no other place to stay so he stayed quietly in the room in fear the whole time..

The original room I reserved that was having plumbing issues. So the owners sent me to a different property and a bad neighbourhood. And the room they put me in is full of ants. And now I can't even get a hold of the people

Para empezar esto ni siquiera se puede considerar una habitación, para que se considere así, la regulación de Florida exige que existan ventanas, este espacio no tenía ventanas y era muy pequeño y esto hace que una persona claustrofóbica no esté cómoda, además el colchón es de muy mala calidad y se hunde, tanto así que la cabeza queda inclinada hacia abajo, al día siguiente amanecimos a doloridos y contracturados. Indica que hay 3 baños compartidos y solo hay dos, ninguno está señalizado y son un asco total, sucios y con vellos por todos lados. Por mucho la peor experiencia que hemos tenido. Expedia debería de tener más cuidado con los alojamientos que ofrece a sus clientes, en este caso hasta se rompen regulaciones estatales y me gustaría mínimo un reembolso por el mal tiempo que pasamos en este lugar.
