The staff was incredibly helpful and nice, the outside and inside was beautiful and clean, the only concerns are was that the bathroom is too small, the shampoo and conditioner had no scent, they’re really small, and overall cheap, there was no vending machines, no coffee maker nor outlets by the bed, I feel like the room could’ve been better, but overall I had a good experience but personally, I won’t be back because of the rooms.

The property is ran down...Sad to watch. I still decided to have fun- the beach is perfect there. But the building needs a lot of renovations. Plus I didn't get the room I originally booked. The staff helped to get something decent, at least remodeled, but I was extremely disappointed...The prices are pretty low, but sometimes it's better to pay a bit more and stay somewhere else.

It though it was great to find a hotel with a pool and beach together. Pool bar was lively and friendly. But the room was exactly as described by other mediocre reviews. Poor quality bedding and furniture. For a hotel on a beach, the room felt like a no frills hotel. Not even a mini coffee maker in the room. Beyond plain and lacked quality. It was obvious the hotel puts no special attention for their guests. And just like the other reviews, the whole floor did reek of pot really bad. I went down to the front desk and said, "you promote pot smoking here?" The front desk person replied "no, but we can only say something if you smell a room smoking, we cannot go to a room for pot smoking." Funny, I've stayed in a plethora of hotels and not one ever permitted pot smoking. I'd keep looking for a better hotel to stay in.

It was under renovation and they put us in a half renovated room, leaking toilet, contractors banging all day, sawing, dust in halls, marijuana smell throughout from workers, no toilet paper holder, no lamp to plug into, refrigerator still had wrap on it and patio furniture was old with paint splattered all over it. Complained, said nothing they could do about renovation, how about tell us up front! How about move us to a few floors away instead of offering to move us where you could still here noise and room was worse. Thumbs down. Tiki bar staff was nice though.

It is a nice hotel for the money— the pool area could use a nice power wash to get rid of some of the debris and foliage after storms— overall it’s a good deal for the directly on the beach. The food is amazing—

We arrived quite late for a few hours sleep for an 8 am doctor appointment. It was mandatory to leave our keys with valet. The keys were misplaced for 30 minutes making us late for the appointment. When we arrived back then we wanted to rest on the beach for an hour under an umbrella. The advertisement had said they were complimentary. The charge was $40 per rental ( no matter how long we had them). The beach chairs and umbrella were the deciding factor for this booking.

The hotel had everything we needed, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The only downside was that the laundry machines were not working. When I asked for assistance, I was told the hotel didn't own the machines, so they couldn't help, which meant I wasn't able to do my laundry. Despite that inconvenience, we had a great stay overall. The location was very convenient, and the staff was friendly and welcoming.

The location is great, the tiki bar food and staff were excellent. The hotel itself was not up to my expectations. The room was small and was desperately in need of updating. The sheets and comforters had seen better days. Towels as well. No microwave, ice bucket, luggage rack, ironing board provided. Our remote was taped together. No cable tv all streaming only. Fridge had old food from previous guests. Dirty drawer on the nightstand with cigarette butts. Broken sink, poor water pressure and water was only warm in the shower and sink. Noisy, weed smoke comes through the vents, I could go on but it’s pointless. Not likely to ever stay here again.
