We entered to a spotless lobby with professional check-in. Our requests made through Expedia were met. We used the pool, enjoyed the clean rooms and the delicious breakfast . This hotel provides value for your money, they exceeded my expectations.

I had a wonderful stay at Grand Palms Spa & Golf Resort. The staff was friendly, professional specially Mrs Patricia, and always willing to help. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The resort had a relaxing atmosphere, and I really enjoyed the beautiful golf course and spa facilities. The location was convenient, and everything I needed was close by. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway.

Clean room overall. Bathrooms were well maintained. The pool was also great! Front staff and cleaning staff were attentive and caring. This resort was amazing both times i went. When it comes to having a microwave and mini fridge, it was a hit or miss. My first visit I had a fridge but no microwave. The second visit I had a microwave next to tv but no fridge. I recommend bringing a cooler. Overall, I still give 5/5 stars!! Highly recommended and yeah, we going back soon. :)

The decor is ancient, I’m guessing mid 70’s. The property has lots of things that are broken, missing tiles, broken fountain, restaurant that is closed because it is unsafe for human occupancy. But you can’t beat the price and the staff is super nice. I think the owners just quit putting money into the place. The golf course was fun, it wasn’t the best place I’ve ever played but, again, the price is outstandingly cheap. I would stay there again and play there again. They that hard!

A quick stay for a football game led us the Grand Palms. So we’re sure that back in the day this was a stand out as a destination. That being said it’s clearly fallen from grace. It’s sadly run down and outdated. The pluses were our bed was extremely comfortable, the room was clean and the air-conditioning was great which was a surprising relief. Those were the bright spots. We were told by the very helpful and friendly Patricia at the front desk that most likely this location would be closing to undergo a complete overhaul and renovation. The pool was not usable. The phone in the room did not work. And there is no restaurant because the dining room was deemed unsafe. People were golfing so there is still some life there. Just know it feels like a motel not a hotel. It is no resort nor spa but maybe it will resume its status again one day.

All was as expected, the check-in was a smooth transition, the room was very ckean, the staff were very helpful and professional and the view of the golf course from our room was beautiful to wake uo to. The pool wasnt open, which was a shame as it looks like a good sized area to chill and relax.
