“BE VERY CAREFUL!!!
On the hotel premises, specifically in their parking lot (which is not free), all four tires of my rental car were stolen, and the car was left propped up on two bricks. According to the hotel manager, this had never happened before, but according to the person who picked up the vehicle on behalf of Alamo, it has happened several times. I don't know who is telling the truth. Although the hotel staff was very kind and helpful in assisting me with the problem, and in the end,...

“I expected more from this Best Western. The hotel does not quite match what is advertised or what i would expect from the brand.
The breakfast was acceptable but not very good. They serve powdered eggs, which were not particularly enjoyable. During our stay, we even saw a cockroach in the lobby. At checkout, we informed the front desk staff, but they did not seem very concerned or reactive to the comment.
The air conditioning filter in the room was also dirty and could use proper maintenance....
