Sabatic Formentera was by far one of the best boutique hotels Lacy and I at which we have ever had the pleasure of staying. Everything was completely meticulously appointed, scrupulously clean, exquisite food at their in-house restaurant, and the most pleasant and polite staff. We will definitely be back next year as we stay in Es Pujols! Thank you all sabatic team! Eddie and Lacy from Texas will be back!!!!
